well its finally spring here, and i'm ridiculously overtired due to insomnia and stress and and forgetting to keep track of time...

i'm working on some new things and trying to change things, i need to learn more, i feel stunted, or something, have been doing a lot of reading and perusing tutorials and whatnot to try and get new ideas, but since i use Gimp and not Photoshop, there is sort of a shortage of tutorials about. its not that i don't know how to do stuff (although i'm sure there's tons i don't know), i just need different techniques, to get me thinking a different way, or something.

do not be afraid to give criticism, i won't cry or get pissed or any other such silliness, input is greatly appreciated.
